MARGAM

Mobility platforms were built for speed. Margam was built for the people who move slowly. The project began with a clear conviction: dignity is a design requirement, and worked outward from there. Three surveys across elderly users, caregivers, and drivers revealed the same broken system from three different angles. Five competitors were mapped. None had dignity as a brand pillar. That was the gap.The name came from Sanskrit: Margam, meaning path. The logo, a location pin that holds a person rather than marking a place, extended that idea into form. From there a full brand system was built: warm without being sentimental, calm without being clinical. The work delivered two things: a visual identity system applied across billboards, kiosks, and collateral, and a physical calendar designed to reach elderly users daily without requiring any technology.
